Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and small repairs on trailers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems
• Repair or replace damaged components, such as bearings, brakes, lights, and suspension systems
• Install standard and custom trailer hitches, brake controllers and wiring
• Install new snowplows, salt spreaders, and wiring along with repairing old snow equipment

Job Qualifications

• MINIMUM 3 Years of Mechanical Experience required
• Current and valid Driver’s License
• Experience fixing bearings, brakes, axles, brake controllers, and wiring is required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of trailer systems and components
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
• Proficiency in welding and torching techniques
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Skilled in effective written communication
• Some Tools required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24-$33 per hour
Expected Hours: 40-50 per week

• 8-Hour Shift
• Monday to Friday
