When a small but mighty NYC-based experiential production agency needed a trailer fabrication partner for a high-profile project with a quick turnaround, we rose to the occasion.

The Ask

A New York City-based experiential production agency came to us with the idea of using a trailer to create a gallery lounge to display NFTs at Stand With Crypto’s ‘Unlock the Block’ events in Detroit, Baltimore, Portland, and Minneapolis. They wanted it to showcase the work of various artists on digital frames as well as Stand With Crypto’s brand messaging and color scheme.

How We Achieved It

We started with an existing 24′ Discovery stage trailer. Because it had cabinets in the front, we walled that portion of the trailer off and built a false wall in front of the interior roadside wall. This allowed us to hang the 15 Cozyla frames on the wall with space for them to breathe and for staff to access the power supplies behind the wall as needed. We installed a purple carpet runner to guide consumers through the gallery and built a custom white bench to cover the wheel well. A graphic wrap added brand messaging and visuals. We also provided the transportation from city to city, ensuring the trailer was loaded in and out on time.

The Result

The trailer was a big hit as part of the Unlock the Block events in Detroit, Baltimore, Portland, and Minneapolis. Big Sean, Logic, Foster the People, and Group Love performed at the events and the NFT Lounge was a focal point of each activation, allowing attendees to walk through and view the exclusive NFT artwork from 15 different artists.
